Job Summary
Manage quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes; review and understand forecasts and plans produced by our businesses and use this information to further develop analysis; produce analysis to enhance the quality of the Plan, including underwriting and profitability insights; facilitate effective decision-making by analyzing financial information, industry trends and economic conditions; support development of presentations to board of directors, executive leadership and the investment community; develop new processes and reports to enhance the planning function and tools to improve efficiency; collaborate with partners to obtain information and supporting documentation; model a positive culture focused on accountability, inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration and creativity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with major in quantitative field (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics)
- Minimum of 2 years Financial Planning & Analysis experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Technical skillsets in budgeting software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
