Job Summary

Lead and own the consolidation and corporate FP&A processes, including designing and managing the corporate reporting calendar, standardizing templates, reconciling management reporting with statutory filings, aggregating inputs from multiple P&L owners, performing integrity checks on consolidated data, managing variance analysis and the Bridge, and assembling the Monthly Executive Reporting Package and Board materials. Partner with Investor Relations for earnings calls, identify process bottlenecks, and implement lean practices with SOPs to scale the consolidation function while delivering clear executive narratives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A with emphasis on multi-entity consolidation
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows under tight deadlines
  • Take vast amounts of data and extract the most important takeaways for an executive audience
  • A 'perfectionist' approach to data—ensuring that every total, sub-total, and footnote ties out perfectly across all decks
  • Exceptional written communication skills for drafting executive summaries and board-level commentary
  • Experience assembling Monthly Executive Reporting Package and Board of Directors presentations
  • Partner with Investor Relations to provide data and context for earnings call preparation and external guidance
