Job Summary
Develop detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses to support transaction decisions. Analyze financial statements to assess client creditworthiness and prepare transaction documentation including term sheets, loan agreements, and regulatory filings. Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies while managing complex debt syndications. Requires a CA/MBA-Finance professional with 5-6 years of investment banking experience, proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and investor reporting. Ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a background in infrastructure financing or project finance.
Required Qualifications
- CA/MBA-Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking
- Focus on debt syndication
- Focus on the infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of the Indian financial market
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment
- Strong understanding of infrastructure industry trends
- Proficiency in financial modelling
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Proficiency in preparation of IM
- Proficiency in MIS & investor reporting
- Proficiency in deal pitch to lenders / investors
- Experience in project finance
- Experience in working capital
- Experience in a mix of debt & equity
