Job Summary
Lead and manage corporate finance projects across upstream, downstream and other businessesVerticals, including M&A transactions and CAPEX projects. Responsibilities include reviewing financial models, identifying risks and mitigations, preparing board papers and internal memos, due diligence and market studies, coordinating with Legal on contracts, liaising with business owners and external advisors, training junior team members, and occasional ad hoc CFO-assisted assignments. Requires accounting degree or related discipline; CFA/ACCA preferred; 7+ years in related roles with 3+ years in management. Required Qualifications
- Accounting Degree or related disciplines
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Accounting Professional Qualification (ACCA, ICAEW) preferred
- 7 years of related working experience with at least 3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance
- 3 years in managerial position
