Job Summary
Lead small to mid-sized programs from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation while contributing to larger-scale events by owning specific workstreams, logistics, vendors, or operational components. Oversee all aspects of assigned events, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run-of-show development, premium sourcing, guest experience, and on-site logistics. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate meetings, ensure clear communication, and interface directly with C-suite executives. Develop and track event budgets, process invoices, negotiate contracts, and maintain detailed production timelines. Coordinate event registration, attendee communications, and guest management to ensure a seamless experience, producing or overseeing digital and printed event materials. Provide guidance and day-to-day direction to Associates, Coordinators, Pages, and project-based team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Travel domestically and internationally to execute and support events, working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, production, client services, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience independently leading and executing events from concept through completion
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY
- Must be willing to travel up to 40%
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and event registration platforms
- Knowledge of current trends within hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, sports, experiential marketing, and premium gifting
