Job Summary
Manager will identify and evaluate potential investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities that support corporate and business-unit goals; lead comprehensive due diligence evaluating financial, operational, and regulatory aspects; develop sophisticated financial models to assess impact of transactions; facilitate negotiations to secure favorable terms; prepare strategic recommendations for executive leadership; support integration planning and ensure alignment among stakeholders; monitor and report on post-transaction performance; travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
- Extensive experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and analysis
- Proven track record of leading successful transactions, including minority investments, joint ventures, and M&A
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor a team
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly and persuasively visualizing and explaining complex financial strategies
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Knowledge of regulatory and financial reporting standards, with experience in risk management and compliance
