Job Summary
Partner with VP Corporate Development to build and manage Americhem's mergers and acquisitions pipeline by identifying targets aligned with strategic growth priorities. Perform initial assessments of strategic fit, financial profiles, and technologies, then develop company profiles and business cases for executive leadership. Collaborate with R&D, commercial, operations, and finance teams to validate target attractiveness, present analyses during pipeline reviews, and initiate outreach to target companies. Support due diligence activities and maintain visibility of market trends and emerging technologies to ensure a continuous flow of qualified acquisition opportunities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, or Business, with 5+ years of experience in the specialty chemicals or manufacturing sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Business, Strategy, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the specialty chemicals, polymers, plastics, manufacturing, or related industrial sector

- M&A transaction experience
