Job Summary

As a Corporate Development Manager, you will evaluate and execute acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, and capital raise transactions. Key responsibilities include developing operational and financial models, conducting due diligence, and analyzing market data and industry landscapes. You will work closely with executive leadership, manage the M&A pipeline, and prepare investment memoranda and presentations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 2–6 years of relevant experience, along with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, or corporate development, preferably within power, utilities, industrials, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP financial statements and ability to build advanced financial models in Excel.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing workloads with urgency.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and transaction execution.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
