Job Summary
Manager – Corporate Development to support the Global Head of Corporate Development at Allianz Commercial. Based in London with a hybrid working model. Responsibilities include corporate growth planning and execution, market and competitive intelligence, M&A/partnerships/greenfield ventures, due diligence, financial modelling, integration planning, and coordination with Group M&A and Legal teams; requires strong commercial judgment, communication, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial insurance markets and drivers
- Track record evaluating strategic initiatives including partnerships, M&A and greenfield ventures
- Experience in strategic planning, M&A and establishment of new ventures
- Analytical background including financial analyses and financial modelling
- Experience with large multinational firms and cross-jurisdiction programs
- Experience applying AI/ML to improve business processes is beneficial
