Job Summary
Implement and evolve the PreZero-wide Corporate Compliance framework, proactively securing against reputational and regulatory risks while monitoring ESG legislation. Drive the development of risk analyses and tracking for measure implementation, then conceptualize national and international compliance requirements, guidelines, and processes. Conduct continuous methodological reviews of existing processes and manage the global rollout of guidelines across land companies with implementation control. Develop communication content and qualification formats for training, while fostering a lived compliance culture through codes of conduct and behavioral processes.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Projektleitung (Planung bis Umsetzung) im Bereich Compliance/ESG/Risikomanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Bürosoftware
- Kenntnisse in KI-Anwendungen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications

- idealerweise Google Workspace und GRC-Software (z. B. OneTrust, LCM)
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
