Job Summary
Manage and curate content for an enterprise newsletter and other communications channels supporting the AI Group and senior tech leaders. Develop strong relationships with business partners to ensure strategic, clear, and concise messaging across internal and external storytelling on various channels. Support event planning and execution, including town halls and senior leader forums, while facilitating between stakeholders and advising on communications objectives. Execute critical channels such as the intranet, internal engagement site, and monthly AI newsletter. This one-year fixed-term contract requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in communications, preferably within financial services or technology, with a 37.5-hour work week in Toronto.
Required Qualifications
- University degree and/or other post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) in communications, public relations, marketing or journalism
- Communications professional with minimum 3+ years of experience preferably in financial services or technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional ability to simplify complicated information into clear and concise content
- Communications strategist, sensitive to complexities of communicating ideas and policies in an environment of competing interests
