Manager, Corporate Art Loan Program

Job Summary

Manage the Corporate Art Loan Program by expanding client relationships, generating new opportunities through cold outreach, and overseeing the full artwork selection cycle from custom digital packages to installation. Lead the team to maintain program revenue, grow the artist roster, and facilitate communication across the sales process including invoicing, renewals, and delivery. Represent the organization in the Greater Boston corporate world while guiding prospects through onboarding and resolving client issues. Maintain internal reporting, client agreements, and program collateral, and provide special programming opportunities for members and artists.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of consultative sales and development experience, preferably in museums or galleries
  • Expertise in managing a complex sales cycle from lead generation to service fulfillment with companies of various sizes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize high volume workflow and timeline, while remaining detail oriented
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Familiarity and understanding of maintaining data for customer relationship management tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to learn and effectively use Artwork Archive and Airtable
  • Access to a personal vehicle for travel to clients as well as meetings in Boston and other locations as needed
  • Physical requirements include the ability and willingness to lift 25 pounds overhead; work on ladders and step stools during installations
  • This position may require occasional weekday evening and weekend hours as needed to accommodate installation schedules
  • Current authorization to work in the United States – a candidate must have such authorization by his or her first day of employment
  • A satisfactory criminal background (CORI) check
