Job Summary

Lead back-office transformation for the Unify program by designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and end-to-end automation. Responsibilities include moving the Analysis of Change to the data warehouse, integrating data sources (SQL, Snowflake, Excel), transitioning manual Excel processes to automated Power BI pipelines, and ensuring data quality and validation for actuarial reports. Collaborate with BAU teams and diverse stakeholders across regions, applying knowledge of US GAAP (LDTI), IFRS 17, and other bases, while embedding changes to the BAU environment and supporting regulatory reporting. The role requires strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, Python or R, and a transformational mindset to drive efficient, scalable processes and effective change management within a dynamic actuarial back-office context.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified actuary with minimum of 3 years’ experience in life insurance or life reinsurance, preferably life reinsurance
