Job Summary
Manager, Corporate Accounting responsible for accurately recording financial transactions in accordance with GAAP for a $350M publicly-traded technology company; manages month-end close, ensures complete and timely financial results, supports SEC reporting and audit processes, collaborates with stakeholders to capture current period activity in the general ledger, reviews reconciliations, provides footnotes and financial information, supports new accounting standard implementations, and leads staff development within the General Ledger team. Requires expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, internal controls, and a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA preferred); seeks candidates with 6+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to develop direct reports. Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in accounting
- GAAP knowledge
