Job Summary
Manager, Corporate Accounting responsible for managing and supervising accounting and reporting for pension and postretirement plans, stock-based compensation, and WHQ reporting; perform SEC disclosures, prepare benefit-plan financial statements, forecasts to FP&A, monitor GAAP/SEC developments, support M&A accounting, and coordinate with Treasury, Benefits, FP&A, Tax, and external auditors; requires a Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred), 4+ years experience, and proficiency with SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, and Workiva.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or public accounting with SEC emphasis preferred
- CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and Workiva is a plus
- Ability to lead, manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, customer service and leadership skills
