Job Summary
Lead design and optimization of global Core HR and mobility processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, auditability, and consistency across the employee lifecycle. Partner with HR Operations, Mobility, Technology, Payroll, and Risk to define scalable standards; lead process architecture, documentation, and enablement for Workday Core HCM and mobility systems; drive testing, deployment, and measurement of data quality and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Core HR operations, mobility operations, HR process design, or shared services environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end HR and mobility processes in global organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
- Understanding of audit controls, data governance, and global mobility compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Enterprise first mindset with accountability for process quality and continuous improvement.
