Job Summary
Manager, Core Compensation leads and develops a remotely located compensation team, designs, implements, and manages base compensation programs aligned with the organization’s talent strategy and market trends; provides strategic consulting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams; oversees market intelligence and analytics to inform compensation design and executive decision-making; drives continuous improvement of compensation frameworks, processes, and systems; acts as a thought leader in Total Rewards management; role is 100% remote from anywhere in the United States with preference for East/Central hours; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of compensation experience with at least 3 years of people management; CCP certification preferred; travel minimal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent relevant education and/or experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ Compensation experience with focus
- Minimum of 3 years’ management experience
- Experience in design of programs to achieve business goals including executive/management level alignment and market data
- Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills and ability to interface with all levels in a fully remote role
- Experience with Microsoft or similar applications, Workday and Market Pay
