Job Summary
Develop policy, guidelines, and procedures to strengthen business control and streamline processes for the core banking system. Provide technical support for third-party integrations and lead the team in developing products such as loan and savings functions. Define clear plans to review patch updates, post-close business issues, and asset liability exceptions, while tuning the T24 system for data archival. Maintain historical data according to established policies and track system development, bug fixes, and product enhancements. Prepare achievement reports for the direct manager and cultivate team skills to ensure alignment with role responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, advanced SQL Server knowledge, and experience managing core banking systems required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor University Degree preferably in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline with specialization in leading and supporting core banking system
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T SQL
- years of experience in managing core banking system or related field
- Experience in developing routine, deal slip or products in core banking system
- Basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting, banking and microfinance
- Understanding of object oriented concepts, design patterns, and application frameworks
- Strong skill in using distributed version control system
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
