Job Summary
Lead operational risk control initiatives for the Commercial Banking segment by partnering with senior leadership to drive control identification, design, and implementation across the portfolio. Proactively identify control weaknesses, recommend solutions, and execute issue management action plans while championing risk control awareness through best practice sharing and outreach. Maintain existing control records, manage change logs, and prepare executive reporting including control dashboards and delivery plans for the Business Risk Management team. Support control effectiveness activities and serve as the point of contact for Enterprise Control Testing and the Control Governance Office. Work three to four days a week within the RBC Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

- Exposure to risk and control methodologies and/or frameworks and practices used in banking
- Experience in financial services or related business

- Knowledge of project management practices
- Familiarity with risk data, systems, and reporting tools
