Job Summary
Lead two operational teams delivering accurate, timely and compliant administration across Contributions, Adviser Administration, Adviser Onboarding and ATO Reporting within our Wrap Platforms business. Oversee daily operations, workflow management and high-volume processing, ensuring service levels and regulatory obligations are consistently met while supporting strong client and adviser experiences. Drive continuous improvement and automation to shape a more efficient, scalable operating model, manage team performance to meet SLAs and compliance, identify operational risks, and develop team capability through coaching and performance management. Strong stakeholder relationships, ability to influence and drive change, and knowledge of Wrap products or the ability to learn quickly are important. RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Financial Planning or RG146 preferred
- Experience leading and developing teams in financial services or operations
