Job Summary
Conduct administrative intake reviews to ensure contract requests are complete prior to attorney review, including verification of required supporting documents such as SOWs, budgets, funding approvals, w-9s, and certificates of insurance. Coordinate contract routing and approvals across all departments while monitoring workflows to proactively identify and resolve delays. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, and track upcoming RFPS and revenue-based agreements by monitoring external funder portals. Serve as the primary administrator for the COUPA CLM system, assisting in ongoing developments, configuration, testing, and rollout of reporting capabilities. Develop user guidance materials and maintain accurate contract records and executive dashboards to improve transparency and processing performance. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while promoting standardized administration practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in contract management or similar role
- 3-5+ years of experience in the Non-Profit field
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating cross functional workflows and managing competing priorities in a complex organizational environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CLM platforms and procurement systems (COUPA CLM Preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
