Job Summary
Lead process improvement projects using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, standardize, and automate inefficient manual workflows across Supply Chain, Planning, BI, and Finance teams. Facilitate value stream mapping to design future-state processes, build business cases for automation initiatives, and define clear roles and handoffs using RACI models. Partner with IT and BI to implement RPA and automated dashboards, quantify performance metrics, and audit post-implementation controls to sustain efficiency gains. Train staff on Six Sigma tools, manage concurrent project portfolios, and present outcomes to senior leadership while driving organizational change management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in continuous process improvement, operational excellence, or process automation
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Track record automating or standardizing manual, inefficient processes
- Experience partnering with BI and other cross-functional teams
- Experience with RACI frameworks and process automation/BI tools
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is a plus
- PMP certification a plus
