Job Summary
Manager leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, and field locations. Drives Lean and Six Sigma deployment, leads Kaizen events and value stream mapping, and develops KPIs to measure impact. Partners with site leaders to identify process inefficiencies, implement data-driven solutions, coach leaders and associates on continuous improvement principles, and drive change management to sustain adopted practices. Works across cross-functional teams and may mentor Lean practitioners; expects significant travel (20%–50%).
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in related discipline
- Typically 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Certification may be required
