Job Summary
Collaborate with functional leadership to identify and select processes for the organization's continuous improvement initiative. Oversee a team that evaluates existing workflows to identify opportunities for quality or efficiency gains. Develop and monitor the implementation of process changes aimed at reducing costs, improving productivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Track progress against established goals and recommend changes affecting floor layout, material flow, or machinery selection. Lead personnel actions including hiring and performance management with HR concurrence. Requires an Associate's Degree and 5-7 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and up to 25% travel. Salary range $102,700 - $138,900.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have any type of one direct report or more
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
- Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Up to 25% travel likely

- Discipline/Major: Business, Engineering, Operations or related field preferred
