Job Summary
Lead the Manager, Health Services team in Moose Jaw Special Care Home by creating operational lines of sight that connect to the SHA's goals and objectives. Develop and execute operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction of strategy. Demonstrate strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate while working cross-functionally within the portfolio and partnering with system and community stakeholders. Support operations through advanced critical thinking, financial skills, and collaboration with diverse, culturally safe workforce members. Commit to delivering patient and family centred care while adapting to change and implementing the LEAN management system. Report to the Director of Primary Health Care and travel within Saskatchewan as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service
- Health Care Administration diploma
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
- Nursing diploma
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Leadership training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
