Job Summary

Oversee a team managing advanced business license research, verifications, and internal knowledge development to support clients. Develop website content and ensure the knowledge base reaches the broadest audience while driving technology initiatives for AI-related functionality and industry data integration. Set annual plans for the proprietary BL Brain database, proactively identify emerging industry changes, and lead data updates across catalogs, forms, and web content. Monitor verification tasks, develop KPIs, and adapt team processes for efficiency. Partner with sales for subject matter expertise on RFPs and quotations, and produce thought leadership articles for marketing channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience preferably in a licensing field
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to lead and make focused decisions that propel the business forward
  • Proven record of leading a team and delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results
  • Comfort functioning in a always evolving regulatory environment
  • Demonstrable project management record
  • Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
