Job Summary
Develop and implement social media content strategies and campaigns for clients, collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-specific posts, stories, and reels. Monitor industry social media activity and stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging content formats. Proactively suggest ways AI can be integrated into the strategy from ideation to production and performance optimization. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure brand consistency while generating weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. This role requires proficiency in EN and AR languages and mastery of social media tools such as Sprinkler. The position involves driving innovation in content development and aligning with influencers or content creators for collaborations when relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in an agency setting
- Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills
