Job Summary
Manager of Customer Lifecycle Marketing for Strategic Bets leading a team to define and execute lifecycle strategies for emerging bets and high-priority campaigns across channels, translating ambiguous inputs into scalable plans, building repeatable strategies for transitioning bets into long-term lifecycle ownership, coordinating with product, analytics, marketing, and operations, and driving speed, quality, and accountability in end-to-end campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- strong strategic thinking in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- ability to prioritize across competing requests
- understanding of CRM channels, experimentation, and lifecycle strategy
- excellent cross-functional partnership with senior stakeholders
- comfortable operating at strategic and tactical levels
