Job Summary
Build and lead consumer financing programs for Ashley's in-store and online channels by managing vendor relationships, executing marketing strategies for acquisition and retention, and driving sales growth. Own the business for all related IT projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to launch new payment options and features. Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor daily KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and oversee training for store and call-center teams. Evaluate and integrate new payment solutions like BNPL and digital wallets, ensuring accurate content and resource availability. Maintain reliable attendance, participate in meetings, and complete special projects while demonstrating Ashley's core values. Occasional domestic travel required; flexible hours during launches and peak campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in consumer finance, marketing strategy, or closely related roles
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with finance/payment vendors and/or retail credit programs
