Job Summary
Manager, Consulting role focusing on life science consulting with responsibilities to deliver high-impact project outcomes, manage project plans and risks, provide data-driven strategic recommendations, and mentor teams. You will collaborate with Navigators, Go-Tos, Account Managers, and Counselors to drive client growth, act as a brand ambassador, engage stakeholders, and foster inclusive leadership within a hybrid, multi-city environment (Boston, Philadelphia, or New York City). The position emphasizes strategic analysis, client relationship management, and development of life sciences consulting capabilities to advance client objectives and Vynamic’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
- minimum 4+ years of experience in life science consulting
- advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred
