Job Summary
Lead project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration while serving as the primary client contact to mitigate risks and set expectations. Own end-to-end project management by developing comprehensive plans, tracking budgets and timelines, and enforcing operational standards across stakeholder objectives. Proactively identify and resolve major risks, manage scope changes, and facilitate requirement workshops to align solutions with project goals. Collaborate with internal architects and analysts to deliver on-time, on-budget implementations in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Integrate AI into daily workflows to summarize documents, automate tasks, and uncover insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management
- Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Project management experience with software or custom development implementations experience
- Proven ability and experience working in a collaborative environment to meet client needs with the ability to work across global teams, both internally and externally, to influence project contributors and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic-thinking skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects
- Experience facilitating meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interacting with project sponsors at all levels
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Demonstrated experience with Waterfall and/or SCRUM methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- PMP/SCRUM certification
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM implementations within the Life Science and healthcare space
- Komodo's AI Standard
