Job Summary
Manager - Consulting Implementation role focused on designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Entra ID-based identity and access management solutions. Responsibilities include automating onboarding/offboarding, enabling SCIM/Non-SCIM provisioning in hybrid on-prem plus cloud environments, configuring SSO (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, etc.), applying Zero Trust principles, providing self-service capabilities, and developing lifecycle workflows with Entra ID Connect/Cloud Sync. The position emphasizes auditing, reporting on IAM metrics, collaboration with IT teams, and ensuring secure access across applications and resources, with mandatory certification in SC-300 considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, and identity governance
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure Automation, Azure logic apps)
- Experience with automation of provisioning with SaaS, on-prem, SCIM/Non-SCIM, Webservice, PowerShell, CSV, disconnected, DB-based connectors/applications
- Knowledge of Entra ID Connect Sync and Entra ID Cloud Sync for application provisioning and service integration
- Familiarity with HR systems integration for onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Certification: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to design and architect IAM solutions for hybrid environments
