Manager Consultant - Finance Transformation (EPM)

Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive finance and accounting transformation projects from initial vision to final implementation for major manufacturing clients. Design and implement Financial ERPs and Planning solutions, leveraging expertise in cost accounting to drive efficiency. Conduct in-depth analysis of current states, perform benchmarking, and build strategic roadmaps influencing process modeling and technology architecture. Engage client stakeholders to gather requirements, develop communication strategies, and deliver end-user training. Actively contribute to business development by participating in go-to-market strategies and crafting winning proposals. This role operates within a flexible hybrid model based in Guadalajara or Mexico City.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of consulting experience
- A proven ability to interact effectively with US-based clients
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Engineering from an accredited university
- Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of Financial ERPs and EPMs (such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday)
- Deep knowledge of key finance and accounting processes, including US GAAP/IFRS, corporate consolidation, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cost accounting, and treasury management
- Strong skills in data analytics and financial modeling
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with a high level of fluency in English (C1 level minimum)
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively
- A proven track record of working successfully with global organizations
