Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and communicate construction activities with stringing crews, customers, and third-party vendors to achieve seamless execution. Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through onsite integration of drone stringing technology, ensuring alignment with project goals and safety compliance. Collaborate with business development teams to support new opportunities and refine industry best practices for transmission construction. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while driving the adoption of Infravision's aerial robotics solutions for grid modernization.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing transmission stringing teams
- Strong ability to lead teams and coordinate complex field operations
- Extensive knowledge of transmission construction
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations
- Knowledge of technical or engineering record-keeping methods
- Knowledge of compliance requirements
- Expertise in developing stringing plans
- Expertise in scheduling
- Expertise in resource allocation
- Expertise in coordination of field activities
- Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
