Job Summary
Construction Manager oversees multiple projects, leading Site and Assistant Site Superintendents and Construction Technicians to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing schedules, maintaining trade relationships, enforcing safety compliance, monitoring performance, refining construction processes for efficiency, and communicating project status to customers and internal teams. Requires leadership of field teams, ability to manage budgets and contracts, and collaboration with procurement, sales, and operations to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction management and leading site-based teams
- Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets
- Experience coordinating trades, procurement, and vendor relationships
