Manager, Construction

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of simultaneous retail design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies. Develop and manage project tools (schedules, budgets, timelines, resource forecasts) to track progress, deliverables, and workload. Partner cross-functionally and manage internal/external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, architects, brand teams) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Drive cost efficiencies through value engineering, competitive bidding, and continuous improvement of processes and operational tools. Drive design development for longer-lead projects such as flagship locations. Lead high-level internal and external communications throughout the project lifecycle.
