Manager Construction (Charlotte, NC and South Carolina)

Lead field operations for the Anderson CC Project, providing single-point accountability for all aspects of capital power generation with a total installed value of $100 million to $3 billion. Manage and provide leadership oversight to internal and external organizations including engineering, project controls, estimating, supply chain, legal, EHS, QA/QC, and operations. Direct daily management of the matrixed site construction team, overseeing schedule formation, cost control, start-up, commissioning, and turnover processes. Enforce the Project Execution Plan, monitor engineering and construction performance, and mitigate risks impacting safety, cost, schedule, quality, and environmental compliance. Handle project deficiencies through change orders, RFIs, and non-conformances while ensuring adherence to all contracts and regulatory standards.
