Job Summary
Define AI transformation roadmaps and governance systems for aerospace and defense organizations. Evaluate, select, and integrate market solutions for data and AI platforms. Prioritize high-value use cases and pilot portfolios of data and AI initiatives. Design and deploy data and AI products to support business units. Guide organizational and DSI transformations to accelerate new AI adoption. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engage with business directions or CIOs. Leverage experience in machine learning and generative AI to drive strategic change in supply chain, MRO, and digital engineering domains.
Required Qualifications
- Experience on projects involving Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Gen AI)
- Solid domain expertise in one of the following: aerospace, space, air operations, or industry
- Diploma from a top engineering school, business school, or equivalent university curriculum
- Curiosity, proactiveness, and rigor
- Ability to understand business challenges and create bridges with technological innovations
- Interest in industrial, digital, and organizational evolutions shaping the sector
- Comfort in animating workshops, formalizing convictions, and engaging stakeholders
- Comfort in interacting with business directions or IT departments (DSI)
- Demonstrated active and engaged adoption of AI technologies in professional career
- Conviction in the potential of AI to transform professions durably
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in defining AI transformation roadmaps at an organizational level
- Experience in defining, implementing, and executing AI governance systems
- Experience in evaluating, selecting, and integrating market solutions (AI and Data platforms, business solutions)
- Experience in supporting organizational and IT business transformations for AI adoption
- Experience in identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing high-value business AI use cases
- Experience in managing portfolios of data and AI use cases
- Experience in designing and deploying Data and AI products for business and value creation
- Experience in supporting adoption and industrialization of Data and AI products
- Regular skill development through dedicated training paths for consulting profiles and AI skills
