Job Summary
Own and drive Gifthealth’s conference program lifecycle and association partnerships: lead annual conference strategy across specialty pharmacy, rare disease, and prescriber audiences; develop positioning, activation plans, and post-event follow-up; build and manage an integrated omnichannel media plan to generate pipeline and measure ROI; lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success; travel to industry conferences and partner events; represent Gifthealth with senior external stakeholders in a remote/hybrid work setup.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, or industry engagement with direct ownership of conference or event programs
- demonstrated experience managing association or partnership relationships within healthcare, life sciences, or specialty pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel media planning including digital, programmatic, and HCP-targeted media
- excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple programs, vendors, and timelines
- proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms
