Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12+ Concierge and Senior Concierge professionals while overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and payroll approvals. Conduct new hire onboarding, regular one-on-one meetings, and performance evaluations; review customer interactions and AI voice/SMS feedback to drive service quality and continuous process improvements. Analyze team performance to identify productivity gains and collaborate across departments to resolve escalations. Manage workforce planning and training materials to ensure operational excellence and staff development.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High technical aptitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership, coaching, or training experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience at Inside Real Estate
- Bachelor's degree
