Job Summary
File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI and GIC, validating Health and Motor data from departments before submission. Maintain audit-ready records, ensure reporting consistency, and monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health and Motor sectors. Support audits, Board presentations, and uphold corporate governance while handling IRDAI queries and internal cross-functional coordination. Requires a Bachelor's degree in insurance or Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance, with a minimum of 3+ years in the Insurance Industry. Proficiency in AI-based compliance platforms and multilingual skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in the insurance domain
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance for Health & Motor Insurance
- Minimum 3+ years in Insurance Industry

- Degree in Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance
- LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification
- Strong analytical and resolution skills
