Manager, Compliance Investigations

Compliance Investigations Manager for the Integrity & Compliance Team responsible for triaging, scoping, and managing both internally and externally managed investigations. Lead subject and witness interviews, oversee outside counsel for externally managed cases, draft findings, and develop remediation recommendations. Maintain documentation across systems, oversee the helpline and case-management processes, and produce case summaries for reporting. Support the ethics program by updating policies, handling inquiries, and reviewing disclosures. Identify patterns and risks from investigations to mitigate future compliance risks. Requires strong discretion and confidentiality; incumbent will collaborate with HR, Legal, InfoSec, Global Security, and business partners. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in investigation roles, with preferred experience in Codes of Conduct, Whistleblower, and Anti-Bribery violations.
