Job Summary
Lead the Compliance Control Room across ANZ, overseeing end-to-end monitoring of Market Abuse, Conflicts of Interest, and employee trading controls; manage insider lists and restricted lists; oversee Control Room BAU activities; develop and maintain local policies aligned to global standards; provide expert advisory to business and Compliance stakeholders; support regulatory updates, reporting to senior management, risk management, and control self-assessments; deliver training on Control Room processes; contribute to continuous improvement and automation efforts; role requires 4–6 years in banking/financial services, degree in commerce/business/law/economics, and strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with a hybrid work model (Rabo@Anywhere) in Sydney, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or similar
- 4–6 years’ experience in banking and financial services
- Background in compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory environments
- Experience in Control Room or Conflict of Interest management highly desirable
