Job Summary
Lead the Complex Behavior Program as BCBA, serving as the clinical and operational leader for the Complex Behavior Program. Provide supervision, mentorship, and accountability for Complex Behavior Consultants and RBTs; oversee BCBA fieldwork experiences; ensure staff competency in assessment, crisis prevention, Skills-Based Treatment, parent coaching, and data-based decision making. Conduct and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and IISCA assessments; develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, crisis plans, and transition plans; ensure compliance with BACB ethics, payer requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies. Coordinate stabilization and collaboration across home, school, clinic, and community environments; foster relationships with school districts, community agencies, families, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Strong knowledge of Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), IISCA, trauma-assumed care, and crisis intervention practices
