Job Summary
Manager, Compliance Policies, Training & Communications at DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson responsible for supporting and executing key elements of the Global healthcare compliance program, including policy governance, compliance training, and employee communications. Works with Legal, Compliance, HR, and business stakeholders to implement policies, deliver engaging training, and maintain consistent compliance communications; contributes to the policy lifecycle, training design and rollout, onboarding for new employees, audits support, and continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Law, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory, legal, training, communications, or related functions
- Experience supporting development or implementation of compliance policies, training programs, or communications in a regulated environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex compliance concepts into clear, practical guidance
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
