Job Summary
Lead or support projects focused on driving competitiveness and transformation for Castrol's Performance Units, including product cost, operational cost, industrialization, and digital initiatives. Improve supply chain efficiency by executing projects at the PU level, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and value delivery through comprehensive cost modeling and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and global teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective project handovers. Track value delivery and status reporting for team governance and leadership. Requires 12 to 15 years of experience in lubricants or FMCG, with a shift schedule of 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (Oct-Mar) or 11:30 am to 8:30 pm (Apr-Sep). Up to 10% travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 12 to 15 years' experience
- ideally within Lubricants, chemicals or FMCG industries
- Solid project management experience
- ideally with formal qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince...)
- Data analysis experience
- coupled with the ability to use analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) to identify insights, solve problems & make decisions
- Proven experience developing relationships & managing stakeholders across different teams and org levels
- Ability to manage a diverse set of activities and prioritize effectively to achieve optimum result for the organization
- Able to collaborate effectively with others across different teams, cultures and geographies
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel
