Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals, serving as an advisor to executive leadership on pay equity, market competitiveness, and workforce retention. Manage and mentor team members while developing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for base pay, incentives, and equity administration. Design salary structures, job architecture, and benchmarking analyses for clinical, non-clinical, and executive roles, ensuring consistent program administration across departments and locations. Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on offers and annual planning processes, driving the transition to automated Workday solutions. Requires six years of progressive compensation experience, healthcare industry background, and advanced analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive compensation experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or people management experience
- Experience with Workday HRIS systems and compensation software platforms
- Strong expertise in compensation program design, salary structures, incentive plans, and market analysis
- Experience managing healthcare compensation programs for clinical and non-clinical populations
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance requirements
- Proof of vaccination or a vaccine declination form
