Job Summary

Lead development of compensation data and analytics at Fidelity by building robust ETL workflows in Alteryx, automating system administration with PowerShell, and creating interactive Tableau dashboards. Leverage JavaScript to integrate analytics into broader applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compensation tools and analytics, and ensure data quality for executive decision-making on pay programs including annual bonus and incentives. Work with Snowflake, Excel, Tableau, PowerShell, JavaScript, and other Fidelity systems to develop reporting and analytic tools, visualize insights for senior leadership, and translate business needs into technical requirements to drive compensation strategy. Maintain awareness of data infrastructure, support issue resolution processes, and communicate project milestones across HR and technology teams. The base salary range is $80,000-$153,000 with benefits and potential variable compensation.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree with 2-5 years of experience using reporting tools, relational databases, and creation of reports, and analytics
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx
  • SQL and PowerShell and JavaScript proficiency preferred
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights
