Job Summary
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including policy recommendations, tools to assist employees in benefits selection, and salary administration with merit and promotions. Benchmark compensation, conduct annual salary reviews, and manage health/dental/life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, COBRA, education reimbursement, and leaves. Develop and optimize policies and processes, support management decisions, and lead budgeting and reporting. Provide supervision and development for the benefits/compensation team and coordinate related educational and wellness initiatives.
