Job Summary

Lead the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team by managing daily operations of broad-based compensation programs including job leveling, salary structures, annual merit processes, and market research; partner with HR and business leaders to ensure equitable, consistent, and competitive compensation practices; provide guidance on offers, promotions, pay grade assignments, and range placements; collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Compliance to support governance and policy alignment; drive continuous improvement in compensation processes and tools; support development and communication of compensation programs and job architecture updates; represent the team in cross-functional discussions and provide backup coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent related experience
  • 5 years work experience in a compensation/analytical role
  • 3 years experience with complex project management
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or progress toward certification
